As a mobile outpatient physical therapy provider, I specialize in working with adults, primarily those in the Medicare age range, within the comfort of their own homes. My goal is to enhance safety and mobility, offering personalized care. Physical therapy plays a crucial role in improving pain management and functional mobility, both at home and in the community. I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of conditions, including neuromuscular disorders such as Parkinson's Disease, MS, and stroke, as well as orthopedic conditions like total knee/hip replacement, shoulder surgery, back surgery, and chronic pain conditions.
I offer a free 10-minute consultation session to discuss your personal goals, insurance requirements, and current goals for physical therapy. During this time we get to know one another, review your current activity, problems, and fitness routines, and discuss short-term and long-term goals to see if we are a good fit.
* Follow-up sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to talk about your progress, progress exercises, and discuss any questions or concerns.
